Terms and conditions

To book a car:

1. The customer has to send his passport and driving license photos.
2. Then the date/time/place of delivery has to be chosen. The upfront payment in account.
3. The customer pays both the deposit and the rest of total payment upon the receipt of the car.
4. The deposit is paid back after the car return.
*in case the fuel tank is not filled fully, the cost of fuel is taken from the deposit

Terms and conditions:

1. The car is transferred to the customer with a full tank of fuel, the further fuelling is paid by the customer himself.
2. The fine for smoking in car is 10000 THB.
3. It is strictly forbidden to use the car in a track or racing.
4. All cars have insurances. In case of any damage, the customer has to indemnify this damage in amount of 5000 THB for each element, if it is still repairable.
5. In case of any tire damage the cost of a new tire has to be paid from the deposit.
6. The car is to be driven only by the driver, who has signed this agreement.
7. In case the car is driven by any person who has not been mentioned at the agreement, the executor has the right to take the car back without any payment return, including the deposit.

Extras:

In case of driving drunk the insurance is not valid. The customer has to reimburse the entire costs.
In case of flood, including leaving the car with the opened roof while raining, the customer has to reimburse the entire costs.
In case of an accident – no extra car is available.
In case of rent refusal by customer, the deposit is not paid back.
The executor has the right to cancel the order and give all taken money back in case of force major circumstances.
